Refund Policy

ChairSlay charges a flat monthly subscription. The trial is 30 days, no credit card required to start. If you cancel during the trial, you’re never charged.

When we refund

  • You rejected a price change. If we raise the list price and you cancel before the new price takes effect, we refund any prepaid period at the old price.
  • Billing errors. If we double-billed you or charged the wrong amount, we refund the difference. Email billing@chairslay.com.
  • Where required by law. Statutory consumer-protection refunds where mandated.

When we don’t

  • Mid-month cancellations. Cancel any time, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. We don’t pro-rate.
  • Buyer’s remorse on the subscription. No refunds for changing your mind on past months. (We make this easy to avoid: 30-day no-card trial up front.)
  • Annual sub partial refunds. If you switch to annual and cancel mid-year, we don’t refund the unused months.

Client refunds

ChairSlay can’t refund the money your clients paid you, because we never held it. Refunds for client payments go through your processor:

  • Stripe path: issue from your Stripe dashboard.
  • Square path: issue from your Square dashboard.

ChairSlay surfaces a one-click refund button in the booking record that calls your processor’s refund API — you don’t have to leave the app. But the money comes from your processor balance, not us.
