ChairSlay sends text messages on behalf of salon studios and the stylists who rent chairs at them. By providing your phone number and opting in on a ChairSlay-powered form, you agree to receive the messages described below.
What messages you may receive
- Booking confirmations and reminders — when you book an appointment with a stylist or studio, you may receive a confirmation text and a 24-hour reminder.
- Kiosk ready alert — when you check in at a studio kiosk, you’ll receive a text when your stylist is ready.
- Waitlist openings — if you join a stylist’s waitlist, you’ll receive a text when a slot opens.
- Event reminders — if you register for a class or event, you may receive a reminder before it starts.
Frequency
Frequency varies by message type. Booking and event messages run approximately 3–5 per appointment or 2–3 per event. Kiosk-ready alerts are one per request.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. ChairSlay does not charge you for the messages; your carrier may.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages from ChairSlay-powered studios and stylists. If you send STOP, we will not send you appointment reminders, event messages, or kiosk-ready alerts.
