Subprocessors

ChairSlay uses these subprocessors to deliver the Service. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes personal data only on our documented instructions.

The three calendar providers receive only what we describe in the Privacy Policy §2 — by default, the start/end times of your external events in privacy-respecting busy-only mode (event titles, attendees, and descriptions stay on your phone).
Notification of changes
We’ll update this page and notify pros by email at least 15 days before any material subprocessor addition. “Material” means any change that increases the categories of personal data shared, or moves data to a new region. Operational replacements with equivalent scope (e.g., switching error-monitoring providers) we may make without notice but will still update this page promptly.
